To ensure a seamless experience for you and your dog, please review the following booking policies: Existing Accounts & Duplicate Records If your dog has stayed with us previously, please do not create a new client profile. Duplicate files separate your pet’s historical records and can cause significant delays during check-in. If you are having trouble accessing your existing account, simply contact our team and we will gladly send you a direct link to your profile. Wednesday Drop-off & Pick-up Policy Please note that our facility is closed on Wednesdays. Consequently, any drop-offs or pick-ups scheduled for a Wednesday must be booked strictly at either 8:00 AM or 4:00 PM by appointment only. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide the best possible care and efficiency for your pet's stay.
